SEC. 466. DISTRIBUTION OF ASSETS FROM STUDENT LOAN FUNDS
Section 466 (20 U.S.C. 1087ff) is amended--
(1) in subsection (a)--
(A) in the matter preceding paragraph (1)--
(i) by striking `1996' and inserting `2003'; and
(ii) by striking `1997' and inserting `2004'; and
(B) in paragraph (1), by striking `1996' and inserting `2003';
(2) in subsection (b)--
(A) by striking `2005' and inserting `2012'; and
(B) by striking `1996' and inserting `2003'; and
(3) in subsection (c), by striking `1997' and inserting `2004'.
