ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

Synopsis, Solicitation, Specification and Plans are available at the Websites: Federal Business opportunities, www.fbo.gov and General Services Administration e-Buy - www.ebuy.gsa.gov.

VENDORS AND PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS

Detroit District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will no longer host solicitation plans and specification files at this public accessible Website. All Detroit District Synopses (Invitation for Bid (IFB), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Quote (RFQ) for simplified acquisitions) will be available to contractors at the Federal Business Opportunities Website, including, synopsis i.e., solicitation, amendments, plans and specification will be available for contractors for download at www.fbo.gov.

All firms/contractors who want to access the solicitation – both prospective primes and subs will be required to have a current registration in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR), prior to award of any contract. Registration may be completed online at www.ccr.gov.

For assistance related to the solicitation or contract issued, you may contact the Contract Specialist, who name appears in the project synopsis.
