Lake Georgetown has 2 day use group picnic areas in Cedar Breaks Park. These shelters are available by reservation or first-come first-served on weekends. Shelter 22 has a double size shelter, group grill and washer pits. Shelter 32 has the same facilities except there are horse shoe pits in place of washer pits. Each shelter will accommodate up to 25 people and are open year round from 6:00 am - dusk. Restrooms with flush toilets are near both shelters. 

Shelters 4 and 5 in Russell Park are available for day use only.  These shelters are open April 1 through September 30 only.  Each shelter will accommodate up to 50 people. Parking at these shelters is limited to 25 vehicles. These shelters have water, one electric outlet for small appliances, a group grill, and flush restrooms are nearby.

Shelter 3 is in Russell Park unavailable at this time.

Georgetown Lake Project Office offers a conference room for day rental to accommodate groups up to 119 people with seating for 60. April 27, 2007 5 people. A $30.00 non-refundable reservation fee applies to daily rental. An $80.00 refundable security/cleaning deposit April 27, 2007 Monday-Friday.
