These systems are subject to monitoring to ensure proper functioning, and to protect against improper or unauthorized use or access, and to verify the presence or performance of applicable security features and procedures, and for the like purposes. Such monitoring may result in the acquisition, recording and analysis of data being communicated, transmitted, processed or stored in this system by any user. If monitoring reveals criminal activity, such evidence may be reported to law enforcement personnel.
ANYONE USING A USDA/APHIS SYSTEM OR SYSTEM ACCESSED THROUGH A USDA/APHIS SYSTEM CONSENTS TO SUCH MONITORING. |
