Cost Estimating Format for Large Projects

To use the CEF for Large Projects Spreadsheet in Appendix A and/or the CEF for Large Projects Report in Appendix C you must perform the following steps to save the file to your hard drive or floppy diskette drive:

Right-click the name of the item you want below.
Click " Save Target As... " (Internet Explorer) or " Save Link As... " (Netscape).
In the "Save In" box, select where you want to save the item to. This could be your hard drive (normally drive C:\) or your floppy diskette drive (normally drive A:\).
In the " File Name " box, type a name for the item you want, then click " Save ". This will save the item to your hard drive, or to a floppy diskette under a file that you named.
To use the item, open the designated program (either Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel) then open the file that you named in the previous step. Use the selected item as instructed in the Instructional Guide Text (please read the text first before using).
