Houston, TX -- The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the State of Texas have advised the following holiday schedule for the Helpline services, in observance of the holidays.
December 22 through 25: closed for the holiday
December 31: open for service
January 1: closed for the holiday
Registrants may call a special Helpline at 1-800-525-0321 to update or check the status of their registration, or to receive additional program information. The hours of operation for the lines are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
