Little Rock, AR -- Ice-storm victims in Arkansas in the declared counties will be able to visit face-to-face with representatives of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Arkansas Department of Emergency Management (ADEM) and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) specific questions about losses. These representatives will be in DRCs that begin opening Tuesday.

Before visiting a recovery center, individuals with ice-storm losses should call 1-800-462-9029 (TTY 1-800-462-7585) to register for assistance. FEMA, ADEM and SBA representatives will be at each center to answer questions about assistance programs, assist with SBA loan applications, check on the status of an application, and provide information about voluntary agencies that may be able to assist with needs not met by state or federal programs.
