Little Rock, AR -- All Disaster Recovery Centers staffed with representatives from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management (ADEM) and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) officially closed at the end of business on January 23, 2001. The Disaster Recovery Centers were located in Miller, Jefferson, Dallas, Clark, Hempstead, Garland, Polk, Saline and Sevier Counties.

Disaster victims should continue to register for assistance by calling 800-462-9029 or 800-462-7585 for speech- and-hearing-impaired. For those who have registered, assistance is available by calling the Helpline at 800-525-0321 or 800-462-7585 for speech- and hearing-impaired. Telephone registration and Helpline hours are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
