Oklahoma City, OK -- The Voluntary Organizations Active in Disasters (VOAD) will be responding to the needs of elderly, handicapped, incapacitated or those otherwise unable to clear debris caused by the winter storms, Federal Coordinating Officer C Michel Butler with the Federal Emergency Management Agency announced today.
In order to qualify, applicants must have no insurance covering debris removal. Contact points for debris removal are as follows:
