SANTA FE, N.M. -- The following is a weekly summary of ongoing efforts of the Cerro Grande Fire Assistance Program administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA):

Finally, the Office of the Cerro Grande Fire Claims administrative office has announced the formation of a new position - an ombudsman - to serve as an advocate for dissatisfied claimants. Four highly skilled ombudsman personnel have been named:
