Five Customer Service Centers have assisted 9,750 individuals and businesses. They are located at the following sites from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 9 a.m. to 12 noon Saturdays:

Finally, the Office of the Cerro Grande Fire Claims administrative office has announced the formation of a new position - an ombudsman - to serve as an advocate for dissatisfied claimants. Four highly skilled ombudsman personnel have been named:
