Little Rock, AR -- The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Helpline days of operation have changed to Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., according to Joe D. Bray, FEMA Federal Coordinating Officer.

The Helpline is available for people who have applied for assistance from FEMA due to damage from the December ice storms. The Helpline number is 800-525-0321. Speech- and hearing-impaired individuals should call 800-462-7585 for information.
