In accordance with Title 18, U.S.C. 930(h), and OPPM requirements, the Rules and Regs Governing Public Buildings and Grounds MUST be displayed conspicuously at each public entrance of ALL USDA owned or leased facilities. If not, anyone possessing firearms, or other dangerous weapons, cannot be successfully prosecuted.
