Is there a list of open issues somewhere?  The biggie that I'm aware
of remains XPath result representation, but I am still arguing that we
postpone that until after the v1.1 release ...  NOT meaning that it
has to wait until 1.2, just that we leave a big empty space in that
part of the specification and say that it'll be alone soon.
