I have to put a relative link to the xcql.xsd so that you can use the
WSDL in situ from the LoC webserver rather than download it and use it
locally (unless you wish to), since the xcql.xsd is in a different
directory (in SRW 1.0 I had a full url link which meant that if you
downloaded the WSDL it would always attempt to use the xcql.xsd on the
server rather than the local copy).

Sorry, mea culpa (trying to quickly add Rob's correction before rushing
off to a colleagues wedding last Saturday). I'll fix and put up for
Monday (limited internet access at the moment).
