The record_Packing_ is defaulting, not the recordSchema.  I asked for
the Dublin Core schema in all of the requests.  I haven't tried
defaulting anything yet except recordPacking.  (I wanted to see
everyone's Dublin Core records.)  I'll try adding some additional
requests that default other elements.  (Let me know if you have
suggestions for testing.)
