A couple of things to do with the scan request:

1.  Can we renamed 'numberOfTerms' as 'maximumTerms' to be more consistent
    with 'maximumRecords' from the search request?

2.  'startRecord' and 'maximumRecords' are both optional in the search
    request.  Can responsePosition and numberOfTerms be optional. Like the
    search request, maximum would be server determined (in Explain) and
    response would default to 1.

Just cosmetic changes, but more consistent with the search request.
