That's not what Ralph is talking about. He's saying what happens when you
can't find the /database/ -- eg l5r in http://srw.o-r-g.org:8080/l5r
Where srw.o-r-g.org:8080/ happens to be run by an SRW/SRU engine, rather
than a regular web server.
One access point per database would be one index, which is fine.
