New WSDL incorporating the various fixes should now be up at

http://www.loc.gov/z3950/agency/zing/srw/xml-files.html

Also on that page are now some links to a subversion repository of the
WSDL so that you can track the changes. In particular a change log at
the top of the page for the stable published version, and draft in
progress schemas (including a link to the respository web interface) at
the bottom of the page - although at present the draft schemas are
identical to the stable ones.
