Although there may be a case for a machine readable format of a context
set.
We may be straying into semantic web territory, thought, as the next
logical step would be to have a machine readable way of saying bath
imports dc.title, newspaper.byline is a specialisation of (or perhaps is
equivalent to) dc.author etc.
