I inadvertently left off the list of changes something for designating a
thumbnail, as previously discussed. I'm not sure what the consensus is for
what to call this, but we do want to include in this version.

Suggestion:

Add attribute to <url> called "access"
Use controlled values. This list will need to be defined. Some
possibilities for values:

preview (to include thumbnails or other "snippets")
metadata
resource
others??

We could give a suggested list of values and not control it by the schema
until we know what should be used. I'd certainly make this attribute
optional since some may not want to use it. 

The other suggestion was an attribute called "role" but a number of people
didn't think it was quite right.
