Justice Center Community Temporary Housing Site, Galveston County, Texas (January 2009)
FEMA is proposing to provide emergency and temporary housing to disaster victims of Hurricane Ike under its Individual Households Program. In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, an Environmental Assessment has been prepared to analyze potential environmental impacts of the proposed construction of a temporary community housing site known as the Justice Center.
