In the definition of "additionalElements" (line 177), <xsd:choice>
cannot have attributes. The min/maxOccurs attributes should be moved to
the definition of "madsType" (line 76):
    <xsd:group ref="additionalElements" minOccurs="0"
maxOccurs="unbounded"/>
