WYOMING COUNTIES AS DISASTER AREAS DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER
                   CONDITIONS
Decision Allows Farmers and Ranchers to Receive Emergency
                   Farm Loans


WASHINGTON, June 26, 2002   On June 25, 2002, USDA
announced (Release No. 0259.02) 20 counties in Georgia as
being named primary disaster areas and two as being
contiguous disaster counties.  The release should read as
follows:

In Georgia, losses have occurred due to freezing weather
conditions that occurred last winter. On June 17, 2002,
counties named primary disaster areas in Georgia include
Evans, Montgomery, Tattnall and Toombs counties.  Also
eligible for assistance in Georgia because they are
contiguous include Appling, Bryan, Bulloch, Candler,
Emanuel, Jeff Davis, Liberty, Long, Treutlen, Wayne and
Wheeler counties.

All other information contained in Release No. 0259.02
