Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) is one method used to deliver benefits by the Division of Family Assistance. Benefits automatically transfer to accounts that have been set up for food and cash assistance programs and then accessed using an EBT (debit) card at participating Quest retail and Automated Teller Machine (ATM) locations.
The following DFA programs are eligible to receive benefits using EBT:
- Food Stamps
- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program (TANF)
- Aid to the Needy Blind (ANB)
- Old Age Assistance (OAA)
- Aid to the Permanently and Totally Disabled (APTD)
