How can I upload attachments to the resume in USAJOBS?

USAJOBS allows you to add additional information (up to 22,000 characters) in the Related Information section of the resume builder. Currently, there is no functionality which allows you to upload attachments to your online application. If you wish to copy and paste resume text, convert your material to plain text instead of the common rich text.
