Employee Misconduct Investigations
Divider

Conducts inquiries, fact findings, and/or investigations of alleged employee misconduct on the part of APHIS employees, provides investigative services to other USDA agencies; services as the secondary liaison for external investigations conducted by the Office of Inspector General; and review/monitors use of the Visa Travel and Purchase Credit Cards, Telephones, and the Fleet Voyager Card.

Investigative and Enforcement Services (IES)

Investigates potential violations of laws and regulations administered by APHIS in the Agriculture Quarantine and Inspection violations identified by Customers and Border Protection. Provides regulatory support to Animal Care, Biotechnology Regulatory Services, Plant Protection and Quarantine, and Veterinary Services.
