A technical support help desk for the ePermits system is provided to our users by telephone and email support. This help desk is available to any user of the ePermits system. Please note that the purpose of the ePermits help desk is to address technical problems with the ePermits system rather than to answer questions regarding policy or procedure. Any questions regarding policy and procedure should be directed to 877-770-5990.
If you should experience technical problems while using the software such as error pages displaying, receiving unexpected results, assistance in completing your on-line application or assistance in using the software in general, please contact us immediately by selecting the appropriate phone number or email listed below.

Passwords: If you are experiencing problems with your eAuthentication password or if you should need your password reset, please contact the APHIS eAuthentication Help Desk at
1-866-794-2827.
Contact the APHIS eAuthentication Help Desk if you have forgotten your password or if you need help resetting your password. For assistance, call 1-866-794-2827 (U.S. toll free) or 1-919-855-7888 (international).
Important: Contact the help desk before your third failed log-on attempt. Otherwise, you will need to wait 1 hour before the password can be reset.
User IDs: Users experiencing eAuthentication problems that involve more than password and user ID issues must still work through USDA's eAuthentication Help Desk. That number is 1-800-457-3642. For more information on eAuthentication, please visit http://www.eauth.egov.usda.gov/index.html.
