The most important source for bibliography of books and articles concerning Brazil is the annual Handbook of Latin American
Studies (http://lcweb2.loc.gov/hlas/) produced by over 160 contributing editors under the editorship of the Hispanic Division of
the Library of Congress. Additional coverage of journal articles can be found through a subscription to the Hispanic American
Periodical Index (http://hapi.gseis.ucla.edu/). Both the Handbook and HAPI are available in selected libraries in book form.

Ministry of External Relations trade portal and the biggest and most complete trade information net of Latin America, created
to stimulate Brazilian exportation and to attract foreign direct investment to Brazil. Links to business opportunities, useful
addresses, news, and other information aimed at the needs of Brazilian exporters and non-Brazilian importers and investors.
Some information, such as Information About Brazil, Economic Indicators on Brazil, and Mercosul, is available both to registered
and to non-registered users. Other information, such as Business Opportunities and the Brazilian Company Register, is available
only to registered users. By filling out the registration form a company is automatically included in the Non-Brazilian Company

Since 1995 brazilexporters.com has been helping hundreds of thousands of people worldwide do business with Brazil. This
site contains an online directory of Brazilian exporters, and other business resources.

Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce (http://www.brazilcham.com)
An independent, not-for-profit business organization, the chamber aims to promote trade and investment flows between Brazil
and the United States and forge closer ties between the business communities of both countries. Links include an overview of

CNI: Confederacao Nacional da Industria [International Business Center] (http://www.cni.org.br/english/index.htm)
Established on August 12, 1938, as the chief institutional representative of Brazilian industry, CNI, a private sector initiative,
offers consulting services on foreign trade, investments, and other forms of business cooperation, and coordinates a system
comprising 27 federations of industry representing all of Brazil's states and the federal district with a membership of some
1,016 employers' unions. CNI oversees the National Industrial Training Service (SENAI), the Industrial Social Service (SESI),
