Goal
To enhance diagnosis, reporting, and treatment of carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning by clinicians and healthcare providers.
Objectives
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be able to:
- Describe the epidemiology of CO poisoning
- Identify mechanisms of CO toxicity
- Describe the clinical aspects of CO poisoning
- Identify the symptoms of CO poisoning
- Explain the treatment of CO poisoning
