Dr. Radice returns to government service after working a number of years in New York City first as the Executive Director of Friends of Dresden and later as the Executive Director of The Appeal of Conscience Foundation. Previous Washington experience includes service as the Acting Chairman of the National Endowment for the Arts, The Senior Deputy Chairman of the National Endowment for the Arts, Chief of the Creative Arts Division, USIA, Director of the National Museum of Women in the Arts, Curator and Architectural Historian for the Architect of the U.S. Capitol and as an Assistant Curator at the National Gallery of Art. An expert in the field of Renaissance art and architecture and the art and architecture of the US Capitol, Dr. Radice has written and lectured extensively on these subjects. She is committed to the use of efficient management techniques in non-profit venues and has often lectured on related issues.

Dr. Radice is a graduate of Wheaton College, Norton, MA; holds an MA from the Villa Schifanoia School of Fine Arts, Florence, Italy; a PhD from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill; and an MBA from American University.
