The goal of the NASA Headquarters Workplace Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program is to facilitate the resolution of Headquarters workplace disputes at the earliest opportunity. The objective is to provide employees, and supervisors with a convenient, easily accessible, and fair means of resolving disputes before resorting to a grievance, equal employment opportunity complaint, or other formal process.
