Secretary of Education Rod Paige addresses a conference on English Language Acquisition to unveil a new initiative to help parents play a more active role in their children's education.

Transcript: Education simply cannot be something for the privileged few. Every single child deserves a quality education. And if learning a language is what is needed, then that is what we must provide.
