Transcript: Children in rural schools deserve a great education just like children in other parts of the United States. We at the Department of Education recognize that practically every state has rural school districts that face unique challenges.

Transcript: And we're just learning a lot of the unique problems that rural schools face. And so what we're doing now with that information is making adjustments that we need to make in order to accomplish the goals so that no child is left behind.
