| Barbara Kemp Barbara Kemp is Head of Reference and Instruction, and serves as the liaison to the Leadership, Ethics, and Law Department at the United States Naval Academy. In this role, she selects materials for the Nimitz Library collection to support the teaching and research needs of faculty and midshipmen. She is available to provide library instruction for LEL classes and assist midshipmen and faculty with their individual research projects.
