The organizational structure of PlusTime NH consists of community youth and families, a board of directors, and a CEO. Reporting to the CEO are the Vice President of Development, the Vice President of PR, and the COO. A VISTA volunteer reports to each of the Vice President of Development and the Vice President of PR. The COO oversees the Director of Field Services, the Office Manager, the Financial Manager, and the Director of National Services. Under the Director of Field Services, there are four Regional Consultants, to each of whom a VISTA volunteer reports. The Director of National Services oversees the National Service Coordinator VISTA and the National Service Coordinator AmeriCorps, who supervises 20 AmeriCorps members. The National Service Coordinator VISTA works with: 10 NH Partners -- A*VISTAs, RI Partner -- A*VISTAs, California Partner -- A*VISTAs, NC Partner -- A*VISTAs, CT Partner -- A*VISTAs, 15 Summer Associates, and A*VISTA Leader.
