General
Participation in the 2008 Federal Environmental Symposium is limited to the Federal community (Federal employees and contractors currently representing their Federal agencies.) To facilitate program and resource planning, and to comply with host facility security policies, advance registration is REQUIRED for all attendees and exhibitors. Symposium East participants will register here at the FedCenter website, while Symposium West participants will register at the West website.
This year, a small admission fee ($125 for Symposium East (excluding DHHS employees, exhibitors, and selected speakers), $275 for Symposium West) will be collected from each conference participant to cover the costs of registration. The West fee will include most meals.
The last day that attendees can register for Symposium East is May 16, 2008 now May 21, 2008. The last day that attendees can register for Symposium West is May 30, 2008 now June 9, 2008.
Symposium East exhibitor registration is now closed. Symposium West exhibitors are required to make application on or before May 30, 2008. FES-West exhibitors click here to register.
Symposium East selected speakers are required to submit their presentations by May 16, 2008. FES-East speakers click here to submit your presentation. Symposium West selected speakers are required to submit their presentations by May 30, 2008. FES-West speakers click here to submit your presentation.

Cancellations
If, after advance registering, for any reason you will not be able to attend, exhibit, or speak/present at the Symposium, please notify us at your earliest convenience. To cancel participation, please send e-mail to fedsym2008@www.fedcenter.gov.
