2006 New Mexico Revised Disallowance Letter

Dear Secretary Dodson:

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) conducted a title IV-E eligibility review of New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) from June 26 to June 30, 2006. In the second paragraph of our recent letter dated January 8, 2007, the figure should read $2,761 [$11,887 - $9,126] instead of $2,271. This typographical error does not affect the disallowance.
