The mission of the Administration Committee is to assist the TPAC Chairperson to manage the business and administrative processes of TPAC operations.

    TPAC Processes Subcommittee

    Chair: CAPT Rebecca Parks      RParks@cc.nih.gov

    The purpose of this Subcommittee is to provide guidance to the TPAC Secretary on issues relating to but not limited to the Charter, Policies and Procedures, elections, etc.

    Charter and Policy & Procedure Manual Review Task Force

    Chair: LCDR Jeff Richardson      Jeff.Richardson@mail.ihs.gov

    The Charter and Policy & Procedure Manual Review Task Force is responsible for the routine review and revision of the TPAC Charter and Policy and Procedure Manual. Upon approval of the new revisions by the TPAC Chair, the Task Force is responsible for forwarding the updated documents to the TPAC Webmaster. (These files are in Adobe Acrobat pdf format.)

    Member Elections Task Force

    The Member Elections Task Force is responsible for assisting the TPAC Secretary with TPAC member elections by posting of the call for self-nominations and by performing other election functions as deemed necessary by the TPAC Secretary.

    The call for self-nominations to TPAC membership has been announced and the deadline for applications is February 15, 2008.

    Interested Therapist Officers should complete the Nomination Form and follow directions on the form.

     

    2009 COA Meeting Planning

    This group manages the logistics of organizing times and places of category activities at the annual COA conference. When available, information on conference activities are posted under the education listing.

     

    Liaison to Jackson Foundation

    Liaison: CDR Fred Lief      flief@bop.gov

    The Jackson Liaison servevs as the Category's primary point of contact with the Henry M. Jackson Foundation which receives contributions on behalf of the category, including funds received for orders of category coins.
