Jurisdictions Encouraged to Apply for DHS Emergency Operation Center Grant
JEFFERSON CITY, Thursday, December 18, 2008-
Gov. Matt Blunt today encouraged local emergency management organizations to apply for a new Department of Homeland Security Emergency Operations Center (EOC) grant. All applications should be sent to SEMA, before February 6, 2009 for consideration.

Gov. Matt Blunt today urged Missourians to protect their homes, purchase additional food and an alternate heating source before the next round of winter storms. Missouri is experiencing the first rounds of winter weather including extremely cold temperatures, freezing rain and snow.
