INPUT CONVENTIONS
Punctuation - Field 321 does not end with a mark of punctuation unless the last word in the field is
an abbreviation, initial/letter, or other data that ends with a mark of punctuation. A
comma is recorded at the end of subfield $a when subfield $b is present.
