• This memorandum provides guidance on the proper use of Undefinitized Contractual Actions (UCA), and requests the Military Departments and Defense Agencies to submit UCA management plans within 30 days as well as submit by 31 October 2008(and semi-annually thereafter) a consolidated report detailing all UCAs with an estimated value of more than $5M.
