Archery

Old Hickory Lake has what some bow hunters consider to be one of the nations finest archery range. The archery range is located at the Rockland recreation area that is just off Rockland road in Hendersonville, TN. The range has two courses but at this time only one of them is in use. The range is located in a moderate to heavily wooded area and also has a stream running through it, which adds to the challenge of the course. The course has 14 separate targets that can be approached from different angles and range in distances from 10 yards to 80 yards.  A new archery range has been completed at Taylor’s Landing in Hartsville TN.  For more information on scheduled shoots and directions visit www.pinecreekarchery.com.
