JS-2390: Designation of Acting General Counsel



	FROM THE OFFICE OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS April 8, 2005 JS-2390 Designation of Acting General Counsel Treasury Secretary John Snow today designated Deputy General Counsel Jim Carroll to act as General Counsel of the Treasury Department. The designation of Mr. Carroll shall be effective immediately and shall continue until Arnie Havens, who is acting as Deputy Secretary of the Treasury, returns to his duties as the General Counsel.
