Produced by the Balkan Investigative Reporting Network (BIRN), and directed by the award-winning filmmaker Lode Desmet, the documentary "Does Anyone Have a Plan?" focuses on the dilemmas facing 17 ordinary people from Kosovo, Serbia, and neighboring countries in the run-up to final status negotiations.

During the film they put their most burning questions to - and receive answers from - a range of leading local and international political figures, including the European Union's Foreign Policy Chief Javier Solana, Senior U.S. State Department Official R. Nicholas Burns, Serbia's President Boris Tadic, Kosovo's Former Prime Minister Bajram Kosumi, and many others.
