Do you have something you would like to showcase? Let's share the experience! Consider being an exhibitor at either Symposium East or Symposium West this year. There is no registration fee required to exhibit at Symposium East but there is a $1,100 fee for Symposium West.

If you are a Federal employee or a contractor representing your Federal agency and planning on exhibiting at the 2008 Symposium EAST, you are required to make online application on or before May 16, 2008.  Approved exhibits may be assembled beginning June 2, at 7 a.m. and remain on display until June 4, at 5:00 p.m.

Note: All exhibits should be federal government case study projects or applications of best practices.

Registration

Registration is closed for Symposium East exhibitors.

If you wish to exhibit at Symposium West this year, please go to the FES-West website located here. The FES-West deadline for exhibitor registration is May 30, 2008.

Parking Instructions

All exhibitors to Symposium East should let us know by May 25th whether or not they will need to drive because they cannot transport their materials via metro. The information that we need is: Name of exhibitor; agency they are representing; make and model of car and tag number.
