Selected Symposium East speakers should use the form below to submit their approved presentations to the track leads. Biographies obtained from initial Call for Presentations will be used for introduction purposes.

Speakers should submit their materials no later than Friday, May 16, 2008.

Required fields are highlighted in gray and followed by an asterisk (*).

Room Configuration *	?	Please select the room style that you feel would best fit your presentation. Please keep in mind that the main auditorium at the Natcher facility is quite expansive and is probably not conducive to panel or interactive discussions.

Green Purchasing Track Registration ?
Green Purchasing attendees will receive a certificate. Check with your agency whether it will count towards acquisition training hours.
