The Center for the Book
was established in the Library of Congress in 1977 to stimulate public interest
in books, reading, and libraries. It has developed the following "Read More
About It!" reading lists for the American Memory collections to open up
the world of books to people of all ages. The Center for the Book invites
you to
visit your local library or bookstore; they will be happy to help you "Read
