IMPORTANT NOTICE
The child support computer system will be down Wednesday,
December 31st for end of year processing, and on Thursday, January
1st for the New Years Day holiday. All child support payments
received during this time will be processed on Friday, January
2, 2009. Customers awaiting child support payments may experience
a 2-day delay once we process their payment before payments
are processed by their bank.
As always, the availability of your child support funds should be verified with
your financial institution prior to spending. Those customers with a ReliaCard
can contact U.S. Bank at 1-866-276-5114 or www.ReliaCard.com for verification
of funds. Customers who receive their payment by way of Direct Deposit should
also verify fund availability with their financial institution prior to spending.
The year end processing is necessary for the ongoing success of our system and
services. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this temporary delay.
