The Realty Team has more than fifty years of cumulative experience in government leasing, household, and office moves. Our experience in the areas of leasing, market surveys, lease administration, negotiations, space planning assistance, and household and office moves allows us to provide a wide variety of services to our customers. We provide space for the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), Grain Inspection Packers and Stockyards (GIPSA),  the National Appeals Division (NAD).

We provide services in:

• Acquiring facilities and land by agency lease 
• Acquiring facilities through the General Services Administration 
• Providing lease and space administration 
• Providing real property usage and cost reports to both our customers and oversight organizations
• Acting as liaison with GSA, the public and other government agencies on real property matters 
• Arranging and assisting with household moved and office moves
