What's a caisson? It's the underground support that a building's columns and floor slabs rest on. Caissons go into holes in the soil that are drilled all the way to bedrock.

Can those of us parking in P1 and P2 enter through P3? If you park in P1 or P2, you may only exit through P3 after 3:30 p.m. Entrance and exit at other times of the day aren't permitted to make sure that there is adaquate parking available in P3 for patients.

The exit near the P3 ramp facing Bldg 4 will have increased pedestrian traffic for quite a while. Would it be possible to paint a crosswalk in the road across to Bldg 4? The crosswalk request was approved and now in place.
